Article 1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the operator of CAMPDIO (the “Service”) and its users when using the Service.
Article 2. Definitions
- “Campsite”: a 3D space a user decorates by placing gear in the Service, together with its layout data
- “Gear model”: a 3D representation the Service draws in code with reference to real camping gear
- “On-device storage”: storage kept only in the user’s browser storage (localStorage) and not sent to a server
Article 3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
These Terms take effect when posted in the Service. When the Terms change, notice is given in the Service from 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
Article 4. The Service
- Decorating a 3D campsite (placing, rotating and recoloring gear, choosing terrain and season)
- Browsing the gear guide and other campers’ campsites
- Saving campsites and gear on this device (wishlist, saved campsites)
The Service is currently in a free trial phase with no sign-up. Features may change or be added after notice.
Article 5. On-Device Data
Before sign-in, the campsites you decorate and your wishlist are stored only on your device. They will not appear if you clear your browser data or use another device or browser, and the operator cannot restore them.
Article 6. Gear Models and Product Information
Gear models are approximations based on published specifications and may differ from the actual products in size, color and shape. Please check the manufacturer’s official information before making a purchase decision. Brand and product names are presented as described in Trademarks & Product Information.
Article 7. User Obligations
- Do not use the Service by abnormal means (automated bulk requests, bypassing security, etc.).
- Do not copy the Service’s code or gear models for use in other services without permission.
- Once posting is available, follow the Community Guidelines.
Article 8. External Links
Links such as “View at official store” take you to other companies’ sites. Purchases and the handling of personal information on those sites are governed by their own terms and policies.
Article 9. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages or operational reasons, and will give notice in the Service when advance notice is possible.
Article 10. Limitation of Liability
Because the Service is provided free of charge, the operator is not liable, absent intent or gross negligence, for loss of on-device data or for damages arising from differences between gear models and actual products.
Article 11. Inquiries and Disputes
Inquiries about the Service are received at the contact email (to be announced before the official launch). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled by the competent court determined under the Civil Procedure Act (Korea).
